So you're talking about something similar to the length of the traditional nickel-plated brass focus rings, but color anodized aluminum? What colors do you think would be most popular?

Hi Sean, I don't remember seeing anything about your particular application, but as DTR mentioned the red diodes work just fine with buck drivers on a single cell. I have also used 2 cells to power a Mits 500 with no problem, but I have no experience with the Oclaro. Your driver and pill...

Update...We just placed an order for a production run of the stainless hosts, lead time is about 3 weeks plus a week shipping time. So about this time next month they should be available on the stores again.

Yes. You would want a 1.8A setting for the NDG700 diode and 2.2A for the NDG7475 diode.

You're welcome. It's an old post but still completely relevant. Our blank battery contact boards look different now (no longer repurposed blank driver boards but made specifically for the application) and other than that, the assembly and testing is the same.

Good deal. Those are three things every serious laser hobbyist should have (besides a soldering iron, solder and helping hands device).
