Hey this is probably a stupid question I am planning to buy a NDB7A75 450nm Laser Diode from DTR and a 405-G-2 Glass Lens W/Focus Ring. How would I put the Diode in the lens? And solder leads to the diode?

Ok I figured out what I need to do so I buy a NDB7A75 450nm Laser Diode and a 405-G-2 Glass Lens W/Focus Ring put those two together, then I solder the leads from the host to the diode. It won't output 5W but it should output at least 4W. + Rep for all the help!

Alright thanks I am looking for burning power reason for 5W output I can make put it together my self I was just looking for a host now that I can leave it on for 1 minute or so.

Lazerer is a terrible site. I bought from them about a year ago shows up 2 months after I ordered it didn't even work. It took to long to arrive so I couldn't get a refund either. laserbtb Is quite good site from all the positive reviews.

Anyone know if they can produce a PL 532nm 200mw right now or are they out for all 532nm crystals?
