    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

This laser is very dangerous and powerful. It is mandatory to install another visible laser to see where it is pointed. It is also mandatory to have a secret access key. I personally very rarely play with lasers. I am more interested in assembling them. After I assemble it and everything works...

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

Yes, of course it was ceramic and that's why it's very difficult to break through. You take a screenshot of the picture with your phone and upload it.

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I bought these diodes from a nearby store. The small ones are up to 10A, the big ones are 50A. They must be installed because if only one driver is turned on, the fuse of the other one burns from the reverse current. If both are turned on at the same time, there is no problem.

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I will also have to add a diode to each of the output drivers, because when one driver is turned on, it injects reverse current into the other.

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I rubbed my 120W with a file until a crack appeared and then opened it like a can with a small screwdriver.

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

Yesterday I managed to connect all the cables. I also glued a protective glass on the laser. This way, dust and moisture are impossible to get in. All that remains is to get the BMS for the battery. In most places I use chemicals instead of soldering.

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I'll record videos. I was just about to do it and the switch melted. It couldn't handle those 18A. But the laser is definitely very powerful, and that without a focusing lens.

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

Today I was doing tests. I decided to put two drivers in parallel. That way I will be able to get 50% power and 100% power. Both are set to 30V and 9A. It turned out that I do not have a suitable BMS and so I ordered one up to 40A output. Mine are 12A. I will also put two 40A buttons for the...

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I put brand new disposable nylon bags inside. They are soft and can't hurt anything inside. I also put tape in front of them. That way all the shavings were at the front. Be very careful what you drill with. I drilled it on a lathe. That way there is no chance that the drill bit will suddenly go...

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I put everything in the box for a test run. Space is quite limited. I'm thinking of putting two of those 600W (60V/10A) drivers connected in parallel, setting them to 30V and 9A. That way I'll have the option to include one or both together. That is, I will have an option for 50% power and...

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

Mine was stuck too. I opened it with a sharp screwdriver. Go bold. You should remove it anyway

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I wanted to see what it looked like from above. Mine is with screws. I took them off and used a screwdriver to pry open the cover because it was stuck, but it wasn't hard. I had the hardest time removing the fiber from the front

Take a picture so I can see which pump model it is

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

Today I put the red laser as in the picture. I have 5mw lasers. I drilled a hole right in the middle against the mirror. I first drilled with a 4mm drill and then made a large hole with a 6mm almost to the end, because the laser is 6mm. Then I applied a two-component plasateline glue. I put...

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

I did some quick tests with the lenses from the photo lenses and things are working out fine. When I have more time I will start making lenses from PVC pipes. I will try different combinations with the lenses because there are many and decide which ones to use

    260W IR Laser pump handheld?

Today I bought these three lenses for 35$. The lenses are like new. I took them apart and removed the lenses. I left only the front ones with the option to adjust the focus. I will do tests when I have time. So far I've experimented with a green laser and things are working out pretty well.
