No way do they quality control their products! My 700mw 405 challenger came with the beam a mile off centre !!! The tri beam came not working also.. Man I want to absolutely slate sanwu for their shit quality control ect but I can't, I love their lasers so much I don't want to speak bad about...

I'm new to the laser world but even I know a 9mm tri beam diode is far more capable of 1.7W.. And saying that.. It didn't even hit 1.7W!

They're deleted now pal,, only the .org now It was a few weeks back now.

This is the thing with Sanwu... They've changed from .com to .org, the problem is the 2 sites were running at one stage (just my luck), when I bought this it was advertised as 2.5W tri beam on their .com website but guess what?.... When I contacted them they said it's advertised only as 1.7W on...

Hi pal, I just placed an order on your website about an hour ago for the 6W diode ect.. Can you do me a favour? Can you seperate the 3 items and leave everything seperate so I can build them? Have assembled pretty much all the tools bar the diode press which I need to buy off you, I need the 5.6...

Francis from sanwu said he'd take the challenger back and sort the alignment issue out. He also said he'd take the silver series tri beam aswell but I already fixed that problem. Have 4 sanwu lasers and have had 3 problem with them.. Not a great track record 🤔

ok sorted.... For anyone wondering what the problem was the power switch wasn't solderd properly! Only about 40% of the switch was making contact ! Easy fix..... This time

When I got it there was 2 big scratches on it also!! I think you're right with the whole shipping thing. I have four Sanwu lasers and have had problems with 3 of them!! Not a great track record for them eh? But... I love the quality of the hosts so will return custom ya know.
