    LG H20L

Hi! Ok, I seen I can drive to arround 150-180mW after good optics, and have good lifetime Now the problem is, how easy is the diode to Build out? Must I cut the holder of the diode, or is it only glued and I can get out without much work? Greetings, Phil

    LG H20L

Hello! I want to know about which Diode will be at the LG H20L burner (6x Burner). Which power does it have? To which power I can drive it with good Lifetime? I think to couble some of this, like my old big red project. Greetings, Phil

    3watt RGB build

Hello! Yes I am the builder of this laser. a 900mW 658nm red from china cost only 900$? Hmm, ok , mirrorcot wouldn´t be the cheapest... Greetings, phil

    3watt RGB build

Hello! The reds are the same, from the Darkness/brightness... there aren´t exists really 650nm,... You can cool down a 658nm for example to 652 or 654nm... not more. Or you use selected diodes, but I don´t think that Laser-Wave do. If a company build really high quality, they wouldn´t look on...

    3watt RGB build

Hello! There are some ways, the best way is "Mirrorcut" with more Diodes. A broadband emitter has typically 6*8mm beam with 2mrad... I can couble 24 Diodes to a beam of 4*4mm and 1.2mrad, to arround 4Watts! DPSS isn´t really interesting, becouse of darkness. But the Lasers with 6 diodes coubled...

    3watt RGB build

Hello Andy_Con. I´m sorry, I don´t really know you but I must say some Thinks... I´m in Lasers for now arround 7 years, and I wouldn´t get the idea ANYTIME to sell a Laser to a customer how you do it. Yes , clear, we can discuss what is good and what not. But I think if you sell something to...

Post pictures of you and a laser!

Hello! The diodes are open can Mitsubishi types. Driven to ~200mW after optics. The beast had only 2,3Watts, becouse of the bad mirrors :-( The drivers I made by my own.... At that time the only blu-ray what was cheap was the PS3 diode, and only 15mW, wasn´t interesting to couble :) Greetings...

Here are one Pic of the laser itself :) Greetings

Post pictures of you and a laser!

I haven´t this project andymore, becouse of the new 640nm Diodes. So I can´t make burning videos or something. And this laser wasn´t build to burn things, so I have only Pictures of the beast itself :) Greetings, Phil

    200mw 405nm & TEC testing starts here!

Hello! I have made also an testsetup before some time. My Test diode was running at 210mA with tec and died after 20Hours. Output was arround 200mW becouse I use very good optics. My Second test Diode died at 320mA direct. It´s good for a real 60mW Diode. Greetings, Phil

    Mitsubishi 642nm 150mW CW Diode

Hello! 200mW 640nm/642nm are as bright as ~400-500mW 655-660nm Greetings Phil

    Mitsubishi 642nm 150mW CW Diode

Hello! Yes, I´m Phritzler:) Look for 120Euro (~167US$) Greetings, Phil

    Mitsubishi 642nm 150mW CW Diode

Hello! Sell my Mitsubishi 642nm 150mW CW Laserdiode build into an Aixiz housing. It works only 5mins for see that it works. With a peltier you can drive the diode to ~200-250mW Greetings, Phil

    3.5w of red!!!

Hello, What will do with this laser other than laserprojectors? For laserpointer it is a bit to big! :D Yes, they are side by side... But you must think you have 12 Diodes side by side and and beam is 3.8*3.8mm! So you can´t really see that they are more than one beam. And this construct puts...

    3.5w of red!!!

Hello! I´m sorry for the slow answer. I have registered here before some weeks, but haven´t seen this thread. Pointly, I´m the builder of the laser, and attach now some more pics for you. My nick on Photonlexicon is Phritzler. At the moment the laser is fragmented, becouse I will rework it...
