    NUBM0F

I did more testing on nubm0f and turns out that in between 5.5-6.5A the diode goes directly to ~470nm+ obviously this is not recommended current. Compared it to an actual 470nm and it almost started to look a bit more cyan but due to high current and heat it folds back on power that was around...

    Nichia NDG7H75 532nm Laser diode

NGL I tend to like the 520-525nm more.

    Nichia NDG7H75 532nm Laser diode

Here is the beautiful colored NDG7H75 1.25W of 532nm. Where are the green laser fans?

Finally Got My Dream Laser Diode Nichia NDA7175 478NM 1W

Ah yeah the diodes that are used in space price is solid 3-4.5K USD congrats on your purchase! I would've opted for NDS7175 for that sweet 488nm 2W 🤤

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

It's a great idea since this diode is more temperature sensitive 15 ‐ 55c

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

I want to read what price you think they'll have? My bet is 131$ USD per piece. At least I hope is this...

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

Actually not that will kill this diode see usually a 3A rated diode we overdrive to 5A before we start to see it lose power so here they've already provided the chart 8.5A rated, 10.5A overdrive anything above 10.7A is safe to say we will start losing power and potentially killing the diode.

    Clean the optics?

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

Sometime this year it should be released but who knows until when we can get our hands on them

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

Agree these newer diodes are way more efficient than 7W diodes. Their nominal voltage is also lower than other diodes.

    NUBM46-81 for sale

I've got x62 laser diodes for sale. NUBM46-81 455nm (Blue) Rated at 4.35W Capable of 6W+ Price: 20$ x1 + shipping (if buying more than x5 I can give you a discounted price).

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

Funny enough I've been talking about diode pins not being big enough for more current usually 0.4 - 0.6mm. I've told friends about them needing bigger pins on diodes and boom nichia releases this with 1mm pins. Thicker the pins = more power.😉

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

I totally agree with you. I'm very confident this diode is capable of 4.5V 10A = 45w input that is astonishing for a single diode. I don't want one, I need one! 🍻

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

Start up the conversation! Divergance of 13x49 thats very good for this beast! Can be pushed to 10.5A 15W from a single diode??? 😳🤯

Unleashing the beast Sharp GH04C06X9G !!!

So the new Sharp GH04C06X9G has been released!!! Dual emitter 450nm @ 6W rated at 4A If anyone is down to get some please share results.

How about taking the factory lens off?🤔 And yes this are made for and used in smaller form factor projectors.

    NUBM0F

At 3A rated looks like 455nm to me I don't have a spectrometer yet to confirm but above 4A+ looks like 462nm to me. Again just eye judgment here.

    DTR?

With archive.org you can use the direct link to the diode. 😉 Remember to download the images you need. As always thanks to DTR for all his hard work.

New G9T lens best divergence and power!

Here are some beamshots comparing G8 vs G9T. The G8 seems more "thin" due to it's small diameter it is clipping some light on high divergent laser diode. The G9T is a bigger diameter lens allowing more light to be captured while maintaining a smaller "dot" at close range (just like a G2 lens)...
