Thanks for the responses. The Sparkfun module is in fact 11.5mm in the description and 12mm on the datasheet so probably too big. But Lightvision look promising - I have contacted them. Still be interested in other suppliers if anyone knows somewhere?

I need to buy about 30 green modules. They are to go into an existing design with restricted space so cannot be more than 11mm diameter. I have searched extensively and cannot find anything suitable so far - most low cost modules seem to be 12mm diam now which will not fit. Last time I bought...
