    Thanks for the link. Some good info in there. New batteries didn't cure it after all. It still seems to be mode hopping and the switch is getting worse. I'll contact Nova today.

    I'll try some new batteries before I contact them for a RMA. I'm using Eneloops but didn't charge them before I used them. Maybe they aren't fully charged?
