I guess masterbation has gotten old I guess I was just putting information about laser drives as far as space flight is concerned. I been ripped apart for not...

If you had unlimited money, and time, what would you build?

I gave one answer already. But I have another one. I would want to see the first laser mounted on a tank. Specifically to take out incoming missiles and shells. Other than that I would want the first 1k watt 445 or 473 to piss off the neighbors

Re: Interstellar Space Travel We live at the bottom of a very deep gravity well: the lowest part of the well is the surface of the Earth and its top is interplanetary space. Each kilogram of mass on the Earth's surface has an energy debt of 63 million joules that must be paid to get out of the...

Re: Interstellar Space Travel The fact of the matter is that yes it is highly probable that there is other lifeforms in the universe. The milky way galaxy is just to big of a place for there not to be other life. The chances of there being other life is just to great. There is something like...

Re: Interstellar Space Travel Space is a marvelous thing. Not only is it vast beyond human comprehension, but within it lies giant stars, beautiful planets, enormous clouds of dust and gas, and perhaps even things that we cannot yet fathom. It is no wonder so many wish to explore the stars; to...

Re: Interstellar Space Travel 1st question are you a physicist? how do you know that it is not possible? 2nd question. yes currently there is no technology that would allow us to do it. But do you know what will be here in fifty years NO unless your some type of time travelling lunatic. There...

Re: Interstellar Space Travel Warp theory is not bs! Two well know physicists have proved that it is possible. Its a matter of folding space. Transporters on that kind of range no but matter transporters are possible the Jet Propulsion Lab has one running its just not perfected yet. Ion engines...

    laser printers

Saw a add on craiglist for a free Laser Printer so I said what the hell I get it and tear it apart for components for other projects. So I got to the laser part of it and its kind of weird not what I expected lots of mirrors and plastic optics but the middle of it had this big round looking...
