    Beautiful! Well I was wondering if you could firstly take a pic of where the interface board meets the main board... I want to check if I have all the connections and jumpers in the right place. Also does your tube start first click? If not... does it diminish like it does in the video for me?

    Laser diode knowledge question: for Senior

    Use a DMM in diode mode and test it. You can't tell exactly the model... I suggest you keep a track of all your diodes when you get them, with labels and clear writing. -Adrian

    V is your input voltage. This is going to change over time... since R is constant, while the battery voltage drops so will the current.
