In my book, Sanyo and Panasonic are state-of-the-art. Nitecore is a good brand, but I don't know whose cell or capacity ratings they are using.

To read the Sanyo name and info . . . you have to look very carefully in the middle of the cell.

There are plenty of foundries that deliver high quality LED's . Several LED manufacturers now has some UV bins that are over 50% efficient . The seven in the photo above are 4 watt power input chips from an earlier design .
