hi ive built my first laser it does cut a black tape and pop baloons but it dont light a brown match even when i put black color on it why?? what shuold i do? the driver is the 1 with 2x10 ohm and the 16mf 16v cabal with the lm317 reg 7.2v battery connected to it ???
