Definitely don’t have a spectrometer. But as long as it looks awesome, I’m okay with it. Will just have to be patient until I can get my hands on a 495nm and compare the two. Won’t complain about more lasers 🤷🏻‍♂️

Seems to be, thankfully. My wife would be slightly upset if I decided to order another one just days after receiving it in the mail 😂 I was slightly concerned about the diode when I first dropped it. I’ve never looked into just how durable they are. I know they’re super easy to fry!

I did read that on some chart somewhere. Can’t remember the site, but they listed the 488nm as plus or minus 10nm. And the 495nm was plus or minus 5nm. I suppose the 488’s are cheap enough to push them a ways and not be angry about ruining a diode lol. This whole laser fascination is new to me...
