Run time.... I usually keep it on for no longer than a minute, then let it cool. It's seldom on for more than 30 seconds though, the NDG7475 seems to generate a lot of heat very quickly and more so than my 3watt 445nm.

1 watt!!! I never thought of asking Sanwu/Podo to do custom builds. That sounds amazing. 1 watt put inside such a tiny host on 10440. Might suggest 1 watt of 635nm. Thanks for that tip.

It might not be 1 watt, but at half a watt it's pretty incredible for the size of the thing. It always amazes people, they just can't figure out why so much blue comes out of something so tiny and it's a great little burner too. I use the Efest 10440 flat-top 350mAh's like BobMc and they hold...
