I have a red Coleman Max putting out 150mW that is small enough to fit on a keychain, but I wouldn't sell it for less than $100. I'm sure you could find one (smaller, but less power) at focalprice much cheaper.

I'd say beefy compared to a pocket mini or keychain sized maglite. While, being very light in the hand compared to an Arctic or full sized maglite. It's a perfect host for any diode that heats up like the A140 or M140 445's.
