OK, You need a driver. Go here Life long experimenter - It can be done and click laser driver. Follow the instuctions and there you have it, a basic laser driver for 6 bucks. Good Luck! -Zane

I have lots of lasers. I usally build my lasers, but it is hard. I have 3 of those pens and they are all overspec besides one that was 41mW. Maybe you should just go for the nice one and get a O-like
