Mine works pretty well... I don't have the ability to test actual mW, but mine does not mode hop. It's a pretty decent laser. It burns my skin, lights matches, and starts to melt plastic the instant I turn it on.

So whats the word on the replacements?

I find it strange that the tracking website still shows out for delivery. I have never seen that message and not gotten my package that same day.
