Did the sled come with a silver panel with qr codes on it? If so, there are numbers that the qr code represents. You can try looking those up before someone smart replies.

i dont think my driver worked in the first place... when i turned the POT it never got darker or lighter. When i hooked the multimeter to the diode and driver (when it was dead and still illuminating) no matter where the POT was, it still pulled the full 200ma current. how do you test a driver?

This was with three AAA batteries when i first made it. Pot all the way down. Laser - YouTube I just used 7v and its still dim

Im going to line up two lithium 3.7v batteries here soon. I dont have a test load though. Im unsure where to get one or even make one. I looked a while ago when I was buying the driver, no luck.

Im running it off of 3AA batteries. When i turn the pot i see no difference. But it does burn. Do i need more voltage to see the differnce?
