I ordered the 650nm 250mW version and wondering if I got the 200mW 635nm as mine will only LPM at 180mW max and my version is suposto be >220mW either that or I am just very unlucky. I did notice that the diode wasn't seated flush and the beam has a slight angle unfortunately. This might be the...
That was actually a joke
But in all honestly it isn't exactly safer to fly with a real pilot with all the electronics and computers in planes have now a days. It is mostly the computer keeping the plane in the sky anyways with constant and minor control adjustments. After all it is just...
With the advent of UAV technology maybe we wont need pilots in the plane flying them anymore but from a remote location perfectly safe from laser beam incursions. Of course the training would probably be an extra $100,000 from the pilots.

Re: Swim's NEW Overspec 5mW Pen Shop *IN STOCK* now w/ blu-ray! **HOLIDAY SALE**
Got my super over spec yesterday. Stole some energizer batteries from work LPM showed power at 74mW. The batteries were lightly used so I suspect it may be reading a little low. Extremely happy with the...
Susie has told me to ship the laser back to then as she doesn't know what's wrong without looking at ii
of course she didn't mention what's going to happen after they receive it.
Currently after testing a different battery the laser now produces a solid yet extremely dim spot with color...
I love the host. It quickly became my favorite laser. I noticed that the heat sink itself is rather small and looks to be made from brass. It is threaded into the host and the driver is directly pressed into it. I can't imagine the duty cycles being very good for a 1W laser. I was thinking 400mW...
There is no foam at all you can look down the barrel and see the driver board easily. Nothing looks to be glued in place or anything. Tempted to just tear it apart and replace the driver and diode.
I got mine a few days ago seemed to work pretty well but just now as I was LPMing it it started to flicker..... This is with fully charged batteries. It did reach 441mW if that is any consolation before it started flickering.
Not happy... Any suggestions?
Re: J.BAUER Electronics LaserBee 2.5 Watt USB only + Data Logging $129.99.. In Stock
Product works great. Tested my 445nm 1.1W and it peaked at 1190mW with charged batteries.
Can't wait to play with this meter more! Highly recommended!

I would have been more helpful and tracked him down the link but unfortunately I was at work when I posted that and didn't have the time to do so without getting in trouble.
Was mostly just trying...
