kdubbz - I believe the driver ground is the same as the diode ground, so the driver stays grounded through the diode. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.  :P Kenom - I received my barrel and extras today. Thanks for all the hard work, it was well worth it!   ;)

I picked up a pump assembly from a DealExtreme laser from MarioMaster. He was quick to respond to my messages, and he mailed the module out the day after payment. It arrived today in excellent condition, and works flawlessly.

I believe you'll need a pair of anamorphic prisms. They are usually pretty pricey. However, I think Laser Ben was selling some Melles Griot modules with a pair of anamorphic prisms for $30-50, IIRC. I'm pretty sure that he sold them all, though.

Hi mrblack927, Are you using the AixiZ housing with an acrylic lens or the glass lens? The acrylic lens is encased in black plastic, and the glass lens assembly is encased in metal. If you want good divergence from the acrylic lens, you'll need to widen the input window. SenKat recommends...
