This video really puts into perspective how powerful this laser can be, kinda scary. It takes longer to light a firecracker with a lighter ( actual fire ). I can't wait to get mine, its the exact same model, and should be here in a week... but I guess you know how it can be (fingers crossed).

It can't be batt venting, the carbon is only building up on contact points like the back of the battery and the tail cap/switch contact, and the host's threads and the tail cap's threads. I'm guessing if it was batt venting it would line the whole battery compartment, and look different than...
