Is the heat sink supposed and pill supposed to be so close? It seems like due to the host design there has to be a one inch section of the host in between the pill and the diode, or not set the module into the heat sink. Am i supposed to stuff over an inch of wire into the 1/8" recess of the...

I have a dtr m140 diode/module and a survival laser s4 host with pill/driver. The problem im running into is there seems to be no room in between the pill and the heat sink for any wires let alone any room for the module. Is there any way for these two to go together? Should i just unscrew...
