When using the air mail from DX, who handles the packages in the US? USPS?

I'm still teetering on the edge with liking and disliking DX. I ordered a true 30 from them on the 22nd. It went through the steps: waiting for supplier, received, and then packaging. After that, it went to "processing- please contact us for updates." So I contacted them, and received a reply...
