I have to think that a hydrogen fuel cell would be a better application for laser ignition, with the byproduct being water. Carbon buildup would be very tough to control in any hydrocarbon based engine.

Depends on who your dad is over there. Repercussions for these yahoos that drift on public roads is very limited, because the police have their power granted by the king, and his family is immune, pretty much. Connections matter a lot.
