I don't think they have any stock of anything. As many other sites in Hong Kong, the orders from their site system goes to the suppliers and they deliver the requested items to a logistics facility. The stock is kept by the suppliers.

Usually duty cycles in vendors sites are conservative. I have one of these on the way, it'll be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Since the host is big, probably its ok.

I'm not sure, but I think, there are 2 versions of CR123: 16340 (3.7V) and 17340 (3.2V). You'll have to check the available space for battery. Protected ones are longer.
