Some great lasers there with great reviews and very reasonble on price, but why are green lasers SO much more expensive than blue ones? Will a blue laser be really really visable at night? At distance?

That rifle laser looks perfect, just what I'm looking for. The only thing is it's blue, I want green because apparently green is the brightest and picked up best by the eyes. I want my laser to be literally noticable to anyone who so happens to look up at the sky.
