Hello, I have recently purchased a green laser, and about a week after recieving it the laser became unforcused and the dot made a fingerprint pattern. What do I do?

I paid about 37$ for one. It was originally about 90. But it comes with 5 different pattern caps, so I'm guessing I paid maybe 27$ for the laser itself. This is my 2nd laser, my first one was 200mw (Prob actually 20) but I still enjoyed it. Link to the "500 MW" laser I bought...

I've recently purchased a 500 mw green laser pointer from HTPOW, sadly, I read that they were not to be trusted after the purchase. Do you think they will send me a real 500 mw laser? And is there any way to find out once it gets to me?
