WTB 1W 445nm Laser assembled or disassembled.

I've been out of the laser market for quite a while and I recently saw these delicious new 1w 445nm lasers. I'd love to have one and I'd be willing to pay $150 for one. If anyone has one for sale, assembled or disassembled, I'd lovvveeee to buy it! I can do assembly but I'd rather not have any...

Selling MXDL Pioneer 115D Open Can Jayrob Laser

Re: Selling MXDL Pioneer 115D Open Can Jayrob Lase Oh, wow, I totally forgot about that. Sorry, haha. Too early for laser-selling. :P I'm hoping to get around $140 from it. Worth every penny, especially the Jayrob build, and the free batteries/charger. I payed $179 for it from Jayrob.

Need help wiring up LED's in my DDR pad

There's a steel plate on the bottom of the arrow that connects those screws together, yes, but that would still be sending the 12v through the controller. Would you happen to know the formula to calculate what resistor I would need to bring 12v down to 0.5v?

Need help wiring up LED's in my DDR pad

Here's a picture of the real arrow well. I couldn't figure out how to modify the first post and keep both images, so here's the real arrow.

Need help wiring up LED's in my DDR pad

    The switch design was 16 screws, 8 + and 8 -, there are 4 screws on each side, 2 + and 2 -.

Need help wiring up LED's in my DDR pad

Hi, I recently made a DDR pad for use with my computer, and I was planning on putting LED's in the arrow wells for  step-on-light-up effect. My first thought was to just put the ground straight to the LED and then run the + wire straight through the contacts that signal the controller...

Not FS: 300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers!

Re: FS: *300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers With Heatsink* Thanks for the walkthrough for that. I'd much rather know how to do it myself rather then relying on someone else. I'm more of a DIY person. Haha.

Not FS: 300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers!

Re: FS: *300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers With Heatsink* I can understand that, but what I'm worried about is getting contact with you later on. Lol. I expect this diode to last me quite a while, and if I ever do have problems with it, I'd hate to not remember how to get contact with you.

Not FS: 300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers!

Re: FS: *300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers With Heatsink* Hey. How much would you charge for a spare Pioneer 115 diode? I'd like to have one in case anything ever happens to mine, and I'm not sure how well I can harvest diodes myself. Lol.

Not FS: 300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers!

Re: FS: *300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers With Heatsink* Hey, I got that charger in today, and charged up those batteries. They're fine, and the laser is so much more powerful now. Can't wait to see what else I can burn. Lmao.

Not FS: 300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers!

Re: FS: *300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers With Heatsink* Alright. If I do get an acrylic lens, I'll be sure to make the cut smooth, and not rough.

Not FS: 300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers!

Re: FS: *300mW MXDL Open Can Lasers With Heatsink* Well, faulty batteries won't make me think any different of this laser. Haha. It's amazing. I've got two more sets of batteries, and a charger coming in, and I'll keep these CR2's as a backup for the laser. They've worked great so far. By the...
