I'm still not going to say anything until you get the replacement unit. But I will say that you are supporting an unreputable company that pretty much is in it for the money end, and not for the desire of the hobby itself.

Ok, I got tied up between highlasers and boblasers. Really not sure if there was a big difference between the two... In any case, we will see the results and I will not say anything further. :-X

You know, Jack at optotronics and I was chatting about that supposed "700mw" penetrater laser.  He even told me that the highest potential for a portable unit is at 500, at press time.  I always wondered what this unit will actually put out.  Guess I'm going to find out...  And just so you know...

I know. However, I think before I post something. I'm a noob, and I don't want to end up posting anything stupid.

I just don't think it is worth the risk of modifying an expensive unit, period. Just my opinion. Not that it really matters...

This may not be that all important, but I was wondering if Pseudonomen is aware that Highlasers.com (can't post site) is using one of his youtube videos in their site (RPL-300).

An RPL-450 you say? I'll have to think about that one. This 350 unit I have seems to be doing more than enough, for now...

Well that is if I do get the unit back... However, I am considering on doing their upgrade program. In any case, those pics are making me miss the 225 right now. Must be patient.

Man, I am really missing my 225 right about now... Still waiting for it to be sent back for repairs.

I have no real source of transportation as of now. Need to find a place to meet...
