Got all the parts, built it. Nothing exciting. You have to be like 1/2 inch to burn anything. Not bright at all. But you do get a burning flashlight i guess? just like it says :D

hmmm? i dont recall that. You gave me some instruction on replaceing the diode, I understand how fragile the diodes are so no worries. I ll just hope I have better luck with this one! Thanks Andy!

Sweet! I just got one from the site. Hopefully this on at only 100mw wil last a bit longer than the 120 I got from you a few months ago. bye the way I never got it working again, I ordered new diodes but one died and the other was DOA. oh well, Thanks though, I cant wait to get it!

well i got the light, batts and lens today, still waiting on the bulb. The lens is foggy on the back as if it wasnt finished, it doesnt look like this in the pic, is this normal??

well if its 125mw all you need to do if focus it to a small dot at 30ft as i said. this should be close to an infinity focus. mine is about the size of a dime at 30ft. and i can light matches at 2ft and cut tape at 6!!the beam is thin enough that it will burn fine, that is if its 125mw. although...
