Why is 612nm(true orange) only possible in gas/hene laser form ?, I have always wanted to know why true orange(612nm) isn't possible in normal portable laser pen style form like other wavelengths are. I am guessing it's because 612nm diodes don't exist, but why haven't any big companies created...
