It is a blu ray one, and yes it is insulated. I havent tried using the wire for ground. Should have known better, I just used the top of the laser for ground. Damn, I used that loose wire for a ground and still nothing. I guess it is broken :(

So I got this cheap laser a few months ago and it was working fine. After awhile I started to mess with it more and more and eventually that came out. Anyone have a general idea where the wire should be going? Im really hope to fix this so I dont have to toss it out. If you need any more...
