Hello John, I'm sorry to say. Though you have build good reputation for your company, your CS staff(s) are spoiling all the good work. They are asking to wait yet again after it has been agreed to cut off by March 5th. What is going on ? I've have now escalated the dispute.
My experience with PA lean towards worst. I haven't got my first order made on 09/1 and their customer support is typical Chinese one.
