Thanks! So weakening of the laser beam is in connection with the batteries, or the power button, or it's an effect that own all the cheap lasers and it is because of some technical behaviour? Can I make it more effective, more powerful with applying rechargeable batteries instead of the normal...

Thanks Mortuus! So You say it's normal that if I push the button it's so shiny and powerful, then in a glance of eye it becomes half the power and shine. (anyway, it's only seems during day, at full dark I can't see any change/weakening in it's power.) Thanks, have a nice day!
