I used Sunstone. They had pretty decent capabilities, and since they round up anyting smaller than 1"x1" for pricing I pannelized so I could get more for my money.

I got the boards in for my TPS63020 design the other day, but as usual Mouser was out of a certain TI IC until a few hours ago. I wasn't expecting the boards to come in so soon anyways. :banghead: jib77, I can send you one of the pannelized boards if you're interested.

Re: 12x Murder Fund! (Complete!) Since we can't really use a peltier in a typical flashlight style unit, it doesn't really make sense to use one since most hosts have limited passive heat sinking capability.

As far as the vicor module goes; yes, it is possible. This document posted on their site describes how. I'm sure the same principle could be applied to the TI module using its remote sense lines.
