I ordered a piano black lyra on the 24th thanks to this forum :) Also rhd, I emailed them asking about my lyra to make sure it would not be overspec and they said it will be between 4 and 5 mw.

Sup guys, this board seems to be pretty receptive to new threads so here goes. I'm looking for the best quality 5mw pointer. I understand the ones you find on ebay and amazon are usually way overspec and therefore dangerous without the goggles. What direction should I take here? Thanks!

Question. Lazerer's website says that the power advertised on lasers without an IR filter is with the IR energy + the laser too. So then, considering that novalaser and laserglow both have IR filters on all their lasers, would a laser rated at lower power at laserglow be as bright as a laser...
