well i would think it would be sound rather than laser... directed of course like in the video... the sound would be at a frequency that is resonant with our muscles or skin....and cause your muscles/skin to vibrate if strong enough Ever tap a drum really hard and notice another drum started...

I wasn't arguing with you murudai.. was just asking, "if not mode hopping (since it was a term I saw on here but now know applies only to DPSS) then what was going on?" my camera picking it up wrong is a very likely explanation. cuz I didn't see that problem with my eyes. anyway I RMA'd it...

before i do RMA it... how visible is the beam? outside at night I can see the beam when I'm looking with it's direction... (like Diachi's "over the head") if I look really hard I can probably see it slightly from the side too.. but this is almost the same as my dilda, which i expected to be like...

guess I have to RMA it... :( isnt brightness subjective though? I mean I don't have a power meter, so I can't actually say it's underpowered.. im just worried I RMA it and they say, no "brightness" isnt grounds for returns or something

I just got my True 30mW from DX... and you can barely, just barely see the beam. I think my Dilda's beam is as visible as the True's beam. Is this right or did I get a defective/underpowered unit? And I'm talking about a dark room. In a room with light from a window, you can't see the beam at all.

is your charger one channel? i realised my charger is one channel for the two batteries... so it was done charging but in fact it was done when the first was done, the second wasnt full at all... so my laser "died" when the non-full battery died... so im charging them to full separately so that...
