Just want to say I've had my blue laser from yobresal for over a week now, and it's just awesome. Great quality, great prices, and fast shipping.
It's not hard to accidently shine the laser on something reflective like glass. Doing so could direct a high-power reflection of the beam directory towards yourself. Wear safety glasses, better safe than sorry, especially in the case of your eyesight.
Numbers aren't everything. It's more about the architecture these days. ARM11 is a fairly new and highly optimized architecture for portable devices. Even though it may only be 700Mhz, I'm sure it's far more powerful then that old computer you described.
