How much to have it fixed?

So its un salvageable?

I got it from ebay..it was described as new unoped,..but it came without the box, manual,glasses case,or even the battery..now this is the thing,..since I didnt have any battery,..I took two smaller ones from my vape pen, and it turned on,..but went off...now the leds all come on..but I think it...

Power button and leds light up, and after unlocking it, no matter what mode I change it to, no laser comes on...just got from ebay, and it doesnt wanna work..can anyone please help me...can the diode burn out, and can I replace it?...any help is much appreciated..
