If it goes longer than a week, then file a complaint with the support billing system. You should have got a payment confirmation from them right away. Happened to me, and order status was updated to shipped within the next 2 hours.
If you paid for your laser by credit card and get no updates or no contact from him, just file a ticket with the support billing system. I did this today and the status on my laser was updated within an hour.
He's very busy I think.
For instance, I made two attempts to buy a laser in the same day. One with paypal and several hours later decided I'd skip the hassle and just pay them straight up by credit card. The order ID # within 3 or 4 hours differed by 4 orders(#7723-#7727). Meaning he's getting...
I just made my second purchase from him after being pretty happy with the first one I received. I paid by credit card, however this time no "pending" or order confirmation ever showed up in account history. I think when I purchased the first one there was a "pending" status in account history...
Took them a while to ship after payment was done...but 5 business days to Ontario, Canada was pretty good! Just got mine today and it works pretty good :)
10 days and they finally shipped mine...Don't use paypal with them, they never even sent me an invoice. As a matter of fact they souldnt even have it as a payment option. They are not registered as a merchant with paypal so invoices are sent as a private sale. Seriously illegitimate and sketchy...
He is registered here, check this thread or MaxLZR is his profile. A guy who hadn't been contacted for 5 days concerning a refund, had his room mate email him for a purchase of 3 lasers and Max replied within 7 minutes...I can speak from experience in saying that he never sent me a paypal...
