IMO education is already out there. Even those who have never purchased a laser have heard from friends, or seen the labels that say "Never point at people, vehicals, planes etc.." I don't know a single person that doesn't know this regardless of whether they own a laser or not. Those labels...

Thanks for the welcome KapHn8d. I've heard some great things about Blord, I can't wait to receive it. Maybe, hopefully later on I can learn how to build my own laser too.

Thanks SBA, I will contribute any way possible. I would elaborate on my town but it's quite small and really has nothing to offer. No sports, no recreational activities, and lots of tourism with mild gang related activity. It's a great place to retire but I would definitely stay away from here...
