UPDATE: It has been exactly 20 days, (not quite the seven promised) and still, no laser, no response. I have called too many times to count. too many emails to count. I guess Will report them if it doesn't show up this week. This place needs to go.

Update: It has been 10 days, no laser. they promised 7. I have called them at least 15-20 times. I have sent many an email. No response, and just an answering machine. If it doesn't show up soon, I will dispute this with Paypal. If they don't want anything to do with it, I will go to my bank.
