    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

I don't think they even use them that often, but I'll tell you what, they each had a nice-looking 6W 532 sitting comfortably in their optics labs...

    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

Dear god... McGill's was worse... it was analog and had a maximum of 1W but the actual receiver had a limit of 300mW so... I now know it's SOMEWHERE ABOVE 300mW... yippee...

Review of the 300mw S3 KRYPTON

Now if only I could get my 1W tested... While I can see your point for the 300 mW, I am personally VERY glad it starts in low strobe mode for my 1W S3K, as it's MUCH safer than the full 1W green beam (which is CRAZY bright and bloody difficult to look at for >.5sec) I mean if my laser started...

Dammit Concordia. Freaking LPM couldn't decide between 500mW and 1500mW... I ALREADY KNEW IT WAS BETWEEN THAT! Next up... McGill...

    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

Well then I will be very angry and start to bash WL as much as everyone else here, but I still cant find a GREEN 532nm above 300mW so it will still be impressive to me. And BTW it's not in fine print, it's just not clearly advertised in bold red font like it is on Lazerer.

    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

Yeah I wouldn't mind a lower than 1W rating for a green laser (as long as it's not less than 850mW) but for a blue or red it's unacceptable. It should definitely be overspec, which is why I'm considering buying a >1W 445nm from lazerer for my next purchase. (I saw an Arctic get LPM'ed and I...

Does anyone here have an LPM in Montreal? WL S3K 1W needs a test.

You know what I just realized? I go to one of two major universities daily, and I'll be damned if either Concordia or McGill doesn't have an LPM. I'm sure either one could help me out if I ask the right people. If not I'll ask either of the two users you mentioned. Also, I was thinking of buying...

Does anyone here have an LPM in Montreal? WL S3K 1W needs a test.

I have just bought a Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton 1W, and I've been getting a lot of flak for it in the Reviews section. I would like to see what the actual power rating is, and find out just how badly they screwed me. Once again, I'm in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and I do not own an LPM. Thank You in...

    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

Yeah, my dad lives in greece, but I live in Canada, long story, but thank you anyway, if you know anyone in Montreal with an LPM (probably alot of people) I would love to get it tested, and I did take a video, I just don't know the best way of showing it (youtube or attachment, and if...

    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

Yeah, he is in greece and has no free time, and yes I have gotten to work with him somewhat, he is a partner in his own company, so he doesn't do much "lasering" anymore, but I was using a 20W CO2 laser just for fun, and that thing was boss, it would literally burn wood faster than a wood burner...

    Wicked Lasers S3 Krypton - 1W Review

Two words: Aluminum Casing. Translation: Worth it. Also I don't have a measuring device handy, sorry about that... How about this, I can't look at the full power dot on the wall without nearly blinding myself. Sorry I am not quite as advanced as some. And, I don't exactly understand how you can...
