As the title or the thread says im interested in getting a green laser and i have some questions that i would love to be answered. What mW will pop a baloon and light a match? If i get a laser that does pop a baloon and light a match do i need saftey? Will all green lasers show the beam...

I've looked at that and then i get second thoughts at some of the threads about the websites and i need to know if i get a laser will it come in working condition or will i need to buy more stuff for it.

Ive looked into green laser im interested in getting a green laser i would like it to light a match, pop a ballon, and the beam be seen in somelight like dusk and im looking for it to be under $100 and i need to know a reliable source(good quiality). Any help at all would be greatly appreciated...
