Pure luck Brenner.... at the time when I registered, I was fixing a solar tracker. The H-bridge on that consists of a bunch of IRF 510 mosfets... and they where burned out.... so, the next best thing I was looking at and thinking of was 'mosfet'.... LOL.... mosfet :)
