Ehh if you haven't had much 'time' with lasers I don't really recommend the 445nm. They WILL 'hurt' your eyes if your sensitive. I look at the beam for less than .5 of a second and I get the after image for at least a good 10 minutes. But if your up for it just be aware that 445nm is the...

Never I don't have a problem I guess I was born with it.

I always have no goggles on while in the house and what I usually do is point the laser on the carpet or wall for like 3-5 seconds and turn mine off. Just use no goggles. (Provided your shining it on something that won't reflect)
