What are the Phazor diodes rated?

I know DDL is well trusted. I just prefer more bang for my buck! DDL's LDs are a good deal, but they only have a max CW rating of 130mW, where AiXiz's LDs have a max CW rating of 200mW. ;D

Re: INTEREST GAUGE for PHAZOR Diodes -- 200mW CW!! This is a pulsed model operating at about 4.5 kHz with a 50% duty cycle. The circuit could be altered to increase the pulse rate & duty cycle.
