Take out the "sponge" which covers the spring on the driver board, and put in some support under the driver board. Put the "sponge" back, and assamble. Hopefully your laser will last longer than my 5 minutes of joy with it :) The laser is easy to disassamble - perfect for later tweaks ;) Vidar
