As everyone else, I started to get a little older everyday since the day I was born. I've manage to keep my body in fairly decent shape over the years. However I've gained a little weight over the years. I also recognize that I desire to cleanse and detox my body and organs from all the toxins which my body has taken in over the years by eating vegetables from the grocery stores that were treated with too many chemicals and pesticides.
