The idea is to leave enough room for the batteries and wires to fight snuggly , the rattle will be stoped by the wires, they will take up the free space the batteries dont fill. So your options are to use smaller batteries or larger host, but just because it is a bigger host doesnt always mean...

Also a little bit of advice for safety. If your using it to light ciggys you should add a beam stop/dump maybe 2 or so inches above the laser aperture, so the beam doesnt continue up and away, which could accidentaly hit yourself or someone standing around you in the eye while your focusing on...
